Network Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in supporting telephony systems, preferably with Mitel platform
• Knowledge of applications such as Mitel Border Gateway, MiVoice Business, Mitel Contact Centre, and Micollab
• Familiarity with other telephony applications such as call recording, Workforce Management, Eckoh IVR, and Dialler
• Strong workload management skills and the ability to work at pace
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies as they evolve

Responsibilities

• Manage and support telephony applications for main sites and branch network on a daily basis
• Troubleshoot complex telephony problems across suppliers and departments using a logical and methodical approach
• Collate information to escalate to our 3rd party support when required
• Lead the planning and coordination of planned works, including raising changes and representation at CAB
• Update stakeholders regarding planned changes
• Support colleagues through implementation of service improvements and assist in the use of our systems
• Provide out-of-hours support through on-call duties and planned changes
• Ensure documentation meets required standards and is centrally maintained for all support services and systems
• Assist colleagues in adopting our technology applications and best practices
