Requirements

• We require strong hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience across ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Centre modules.
• We require deep knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, forms, catalog items, knowledge management, self-service portals, and automation.
• We require experience developing and supporting integrations using ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server capabilities.
• We require solid understanding of ITOM capabilities, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• We require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• We require a disciplined approach to governance, security standards, and platform best practices.
• We require an active SC clearance.
• We expect candidates to be comfortable working inside IR35.
• We prefer candidates with experience delivering scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
• We prefer candidates who can work in a remote contract or temporary environment.

Responsibilities

• We design, configure, and deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
• We own the end-to-end implementation process from requirements gathering through deployment and platform optimization.
• We work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate user stories into robust solutions.
• We build and configure core ServiceNow capabilities, including workflows, forms, catalog items, knowledge management, self-service portals, and automation.
• We develop and support integrations across enterprise systems using ServiceNow APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server capabilities.
• We support and enhance ITOM capabilities, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• We ensure all delivered solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural standards, security requirements, and platform best practices.
• We contribute to improving service management, operational visibility, and the overall employee experience.
• We continuously optimize the ServiceNow platform and drive ongoing improvement.

We are hiring a ServiceNow Developer for a remote contract/temporary engagement lasting 3 months with potential to extend. This is an inside IR35 role and requires active SC clearance. The day rate is £500.00 to £550.00. We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow expert who can help us deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality platform solutions while working collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders to improve service management and employee experience.
