Senior Front End Developer

Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience with React and/or Vue.js
• Modern JavaScript and/or TypeScript development experience
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
• Experience working with REST APIs and service integration
• Strong focus on clean, maintainable code and testing
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders
• Bonus experience with PHP / Laravel
• Bonus experience with Node.js, Fastify or Hono
• Bonus experience with PostgreSQL
• Bonus experience with GCP
• Bonus experience with Terraform
• Comfortable using modern AI tools as part of the engineering workflow while maintaining accountability and engineering quality

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver new customer-facing features
• Take ownership of features throughout their full lifecycle
• Help evolve and improve the frontend architecture and user experience
• Build maintainable, scalable and well-tested software
• Collaborate closely with Product and wider business teams
• Support production systems and contribute to engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews and help raise engineering standards across the team
