Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer for an initial 6-month contract starting as soon as possible.
• We require expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including modern language features, asynchronous patterns, and static typing.
• We require expert knowledge of React, including building interfaces, managing state, and optimizing performance.
• We require strong experience building and scaling server-side applications using Node.js and Express.
• We require strong experience building backend services using Python and FastAPI.
• We require experience managing database migrations with Alembic.
• We require experience deploying and managing applications within the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
• We require familiarity with integrating AI APIs and using AI-assisted development workflows.
• We require proven experience working within Agile teams and contributing to iterative delivery.
• We require proficiency in Git, REST API design, and modern CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• We will have you design, build, and maintain full stack applications across frontend and backend systems.
• We will have you develop user interfaces using React and optimize performance where needed.
• We will have you build and scale server-side applications using Node.js and Express.
• We will have you create backend services in Python using FastAPI.
• We will have you manage database migrations using Alembic.
• We will have you deploy and support applications within Google Cloud Platform.
• We will have you integrate AI APIs and support AI-assisted development workflows.
• We will have you work collaboratively within an Agile team and contribute to iterative delivery.
• We will have you use Git, REST APIs, and modern CI/CD practices as part of day-to-day engineering work.

We are an exciting organisation based in London, and this role can be fully remote. This is an initial 6-month contract opportunity for an experienced Full Stack Engineer, available inside IR35, with an immediate start. We are looking for someone who can join our Agile team and make an impact quickly on modern cloud-based applications, including work across Google Cloud, React, Node.js, Python, and AI tooling.
