Responsibilities
- Prepare and configure printers and other devices before customer installation.
- Deliver and install equipment across the Isle of Man.
- Support toner and consumables management for customers.
- Assist with the preparation and deployment of laptops and Apple devices.
- Receive, check, and organise stock within the warehouse.
- Support inventory control and stocktake activities.
- Learn our service desk and ticket management systems.
- Provide excellent customer service both on-site and over the phone.
