Trainee IT and Print Engineer

Salary: £33,000 - 53,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure printers and other devices before customer installation.
• Deliver and install equipment across the Isle of Man.
• Support toner and consumables management for customers.
• Assist with the preparation and deployment of laptops and Apple devices.
• Receive, check, and organise stock within the warehouse.
• Support inventory control and stocktake activities.
• Learn our service desk and ticket management systems.
• Provide excellent customer service both on-site and over the phone.
