Frontend Developer

Salary: £98,800 - 104,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with expert knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• We need someone who is comfortable working alongside AI-assisted development tools and can use them productively in daily development.
• We require demonstrated experience with real-time data dashboards, SCADA, building management systems, or critical-infrastructure platforms.
• We are looking for someone with backend proxy knowledge.
• We need a developer who is comfortable working on a contract basis for 6 to 8 months.
• We are looking for someone who can work primarily remotely with occasional on-site presence in Lisburn.
• We require the ability to work on an outside IR35 contract.

Responsibilities

• We will have you build React components against a published 1,300-line developer build specification.
• We will have you work within an established design system.
• We will have you support audit-log integration requirements.
• We will have you work with live data feeds on a critical-infrastructure platform.
• We will have you collaborate with our internal team, which uses AI tooling in daily development.
• We will have you contribute to a platform currently under UK Government commercial and financial audit.
• We will have you work primarily remotely, with very occasional client visits and on-site presence in Lisburn when required.

We are an established and successful technology company and an industry-leading smart technology business working with clients around the globe, including Claridges, Nobu, and Belgravia. We are developing a critical-infrastructure platform at Belfast Hospital, and the work is currently under UK Government commercial and financial audit. This is a 6 to 8 month contract role, offered outside IR35, with a rate of £400 per day. The position is primarily remote, with very occasional on-site presence in Lisburn, which is paid for.
