Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• 3-7 years experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles
• Exposure to digital transformation, enterprise tech, or SAP environments
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Structured problem-solving mindset
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Nice to Have: Background in a top-tier consultancy or Big 4
• Nice to Have: Experience with SAP, AI, or data-driven transformation
• Nice to Have: MBA or advanced degree

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Translate business challenges into structured problem statements
• Deliver clear, executive-level recommendations and presentations
• Support end-to-end transformation initiatives across AI, Data, and S/4HANA
• Develop operating models, roadmaps, and value-driven strategies
• Bridge the gap between business and technology
• Take ownership of workstreams with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategy is executed effectively
