Agile Delivery Manager Retail Technology

Salary: £75,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in retail technology, eCommerce, or consumer-facing digital environments
• 3+ years experience across Delivery Management, Product Ownership, Product Management, and Business Analysis in any combination
• Strong grounding in Agile, with relevant certifications
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and feature definitions
• Confidence managing backlogs, priorities, and cross-functional teams
• A passion for Product as a discipline and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to bring others on the journey
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Calmness under pressure and the ability to lead with confidence
• A relevant degree (2:1 or above in Computer Science or similar)

Responsibilities

• Lead product delivery across enterprise-scale retail and eCommerce programmes
• Define high-level product requirements, shape features, and manage prioritisation
• Own and refine the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain a healthy delivery rhythm
• Coach teams and clients on Product thinking, Agile practices, and modern delivery models
• Help shape and test new internal methodologies before taking them to clients
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to build trust, influence decisions, and drive outcomes
• Support organisations transitioning into Agile ways of working
• Work on-site with clients when needed, typically 1-2 days per week
