Requirements

• We are looking for strong product experience, ideally 5+ years, in healthtech, SaaS, enterprise software, or another regulated and complex environment.
• We need experience owning roadmap decisions and driving delivery outcomes, not just managing a backlog.
• We are looking for confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and customer-facing teams, and ideally clinical users.
• We need an understanding of interoperability, integrations, and data quality challenges in enterprise platforms.
• We value a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach with solid commercial judgement.
• Exposure to AI-enabled product delivery is highly beneficial, or a strong interest with evidence of practical application.
• We need comfort working in an environment where governance, safety, and usability are non-negotiable.
• Applicants must have an existing right to work in the UK.
• Applicants must be comfortable travelling or flying to Europe.

Responsibilities

• We will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across EPR, PAS, and clinical modules.
• We will translate customer, clinical, and market needs into clear, outcome-led priorities and requirements.
• We will run continuous product discovery to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities, using evidence to guide decisions.
• We will partner with engineering to prioritise and deliver work, balancing value, quality, risk, and feasibility.
• We will ensure clinical safety, quality, governance, and regulatory considerations are embedded throughout development and release.
• We will strengthen interoperability and data quality foundations to support integrations and long-term scalability.
• We will own and deliver the AI roadmap, prioritising high-value use cases and ensuring responsible delivery through transparency, monitoring, and oversight.
• We will track product performance and value using meaningful metrics to guide iteration and improvement.
• We will support and develop a strong product culture, contributing to mentoring and team growth.

We are an established healthcare technology company building core clinical systems used across public and independent healthcare providers. This is a hands-on Product Owner role with ownership of delivery outcomes across an Electronic Patient Record, a Patient Administration System, and a portfolio of clinical modules. We are focused on value realisation, including adoption, outcomes, safety, and customer satisfaction, as well as the responsible delivery of AI-enabled product capabilities. The role is hybrid, with remote working and two days per week in our office in South-East England, and offers a salary of £50,000 depending on experience. This is an opportunity to shape products used in live healthcare settings and help influence how AI is adopted in a practical, responsible way. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
