Salary: £42,000 - 72,500 per year

Requirements

• We require strong VMware experience across vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX-T, and Aria.
• We require hands-on experience with Tanzu, TKG, and Kubernetes.
• We require experience with upgrades and lifecycle management.
• We require the ability to troubleshoot complex multi-component environments.
• We require experience with NSX overlay networking and load balancing.
• We require familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Log Insight, or vROPS.

Responsibilities

• We provide high-level troubleshooting for complex VMware environments.
• We stabilize platforms and support critical infrastructure issues.
• We handle escalations across VMware, networking, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• We support enterprise customers through difficult technical situations.
• We assist with upgrades, lifecycle activities, and performance issues.
• We work remotely as part of a global support team.
• We support multiple client environments on an on-demand basis.
• We participate in some out-of-hours escalation support when required.
