Salary: £90,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements
- Proven experience developing RPA solutions with Blue Prism
- Strong programming skills in languages relevant to RPA development
- Solid understanding of process mapping, analysis, and optimisation techniques
- Experience integrating RPA tools with enterprise systems and databases
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Demonstrable experience delivering automation projects within a corporate environment
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning integrations with RPA
- Experience working with a Police Force
- Strong experience with Blue Prism
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Previous exposure to cloud-based automation deployment
- Certifications in recognised RPA platforms or related fields
- Experience working in a regulated industry environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end RPA solutions, starting with the discovery phase
- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and solutions using leading RPA tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical automation workflows
- Test, debug, and optimise RPA processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
- Maintain documentation and version control for automation assets
- Support deployment and integration of RPA solutions within existing systems
- Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to automation solutions as needed
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in robotic process automation
