Job Description

Salary: £90,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing RPA solutions with Blue Prism
  • Strong programming skills in languages relevant to RPA development
  • Solid understanding of process mapping, analysis, and optimisation techniques
  • Experience integrating RPA tools with enterprise systems and databases
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrable experience delivering automation projects within a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning integrations with RPA
  • Experience working with a Police Force
  • Strong experience with Blue Prism
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Previous exposure to cloud-based automation deployment
  • Certifications in recognised RPA platforms or related fields
  • Experience working in a regulated industry environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end RPA solutions, starting with the discovery phase
  • Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and solutions using leading RPA tools
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical automation workflows
  • Test, debug, and optimise RPA processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
  • Maintain documentation and version control for automation assets
  • Support deployment and integration of RPA solutions within existing systems
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to automation solutions as needed
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in robotic process automation
