Job Description

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

  • We are looking for strong product management experience, ideally 5 years, in healthtech, SaaS, enterprise software, or another regulated or complex environment.
  • We need a strong understanding of healthcare operations, digital health platforms, and modern product management practices.
  • We require experience owning roadmap decisions and driving delivery outcomes, not just managing backlogs.
  • We value confidence working with cross-functional stakeholders, including technical and customer-facing teams, and ideally clinical users.
  • We need understanding of interoperability, integrations, and data quality challenges in enterprise platforms.
  • We expect a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach with solid commercial judgement.
  • Experience with AI-enabled product delivery, or a strong interest backed by practical application, is highly beneficial.
  • We need someone who is comfortable working in an environment where governance, safety, and usability are non-negotiable.
  • Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Applicants must be comfortable travelling and flying to Europe.

Responsibilities

  • We will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across EPR, PAS, and clinical modules.
  • We will translate customer, clinical, and market needs into clear, outcome-led priorities and requirements.
  • We will run continuous product discovery to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities, using evidence to guide decisions.
  • We will partner with engineering to prioritise and deliver work, balancing value, quality, risk, and feasibility.
  • We will ensure clinical safety, quality, governance, and regulatory considerations are embedded throughout development and release.
  • We will strengthen interoperability and data quality foundations to support integrations and long-term scalability.
  • We will own and deliver the AI roadmap, prioritising high-value use cases and ensuring responsible delivery through transparency, monitoring, and oversight.
  • We will track product performance and value using meaningful metrics to guide iteration and improvement.
  • We will support and develop a strong product culture and contribute to mentoring and team growth.

More

We are an established healthtech company building core clinical systems used across public and independent healthcare providers. This is a hands-on, hybrid role with remote working and travel to customer sites or our HQ twice a week. You will sit at the centre of product, engineering, delivery, support, and commercial teams, shaping products that are safe, usable, interoperable, and commercially successful. This is a great opportunity to join a business building technology that genuinely matters, with the chance to influence how AI is adopted in a responsible, practical way within a regulated healthcare environment. We offer a permanent position with a salary of £50,000 depending on experience.
