Salary: £33,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements

• We require 2.5+ years of MSP experience.

Responsibilities

• We handle escalated support issues.
• We lead and deliver projects such as Cyber Essentials and Microsoft Copilot implementations.
• We rotate engineers through genuine engineering work rather than only ticket handling.
• We support clients through site visits as needed, typically around once a month rather than on a frequent basis.
• We work as part of a small team with direct access to leadership.
• We contribute to a values-led service culture focused on fairness, development, and quality work.
• We collaborate within structured service desk processes and schedules.
