Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong proficiency in extending and customizing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, including Dataverse
- Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders to capture requirements
- Solid knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid, and other relevant languages used in Dynamics development
- Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions
- Strong background integrating Dynamics with external systems via APIs, web services, and middleware
- Skilled in developing custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and reports
- Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience using version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- A genuine interest in emerging technologies and industry trends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- Proactive approach to self-development and team collaboration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when debugging and resolving technical issues
- Experience with Universal Resource Scheduling in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service is highly beneficial
- Exposure to IntroHive contact-mapping solutions is highly beneficial
- Experience with Peppermints Client Engagement CRM solution for Dynamics is highly beneficial
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to manage and evolve the Dynamics 365 offering
- Collaborate with functional consultants, Dev Leads, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical designs
- Develop and customize solutions within Dynamics 365, including configuration, customizations, extensions, and integrations
- Implement custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and other components to enhance platform functionality
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Support deployment activities, data migration, and system integration across Dynamics 365 projects
- Promote continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 capability and contribute to best-practice development standards
