SAP (RE-FX) Consultant - Contract/Freelance - Remote

Salary: £42,000 - 72,500 per year

Requirements

• We require at least 5 years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP RE-FX.
• We require proven experience in application support, AMS, managed services, or production support environments.
• We require strong understanding of lease-in and lease-out processes, contract and lease management, contract accounting, and real estate master data.
• We require experience integrating SAP RE-FX with SAP FI/CO, including GL, AP, and AR.
• We require experience managing incidents, service requests, and change requests in tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• We require strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• We require experience supporting business-critical production environments.
• We require excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• We require English fluency.
• We prefer Spanish language skills.
• We prefer exposure to SAP S/4HANA RE-FX.
• We prefer basic ABAP debugging knowledge.
• We prefer ITIL or structured service management experience.

Responsibilities

• We provide L2/L3 support for SAP RE-FX, including incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• We support lease-in and lease-out processes, contract accounting, lease administration, and real estate master data management.
• We investigate and resolve production issues while meeting agreed service levels.
• We analyse and implement enhancement requests and configuration changes.
• We support testing activities, including regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• We work closely with SAP FI/CO, MM, and SD teams to support integrated business processes.
• We assist with system upgrades, support packs, and ongoing platform maintenance activities.
• We perform data analysis, system monitoring, and impact assessments.
• We create and maintain functional documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• We engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions.
• We manage multiple priorities across support tickets, service requests, change requests, and enhancement activities in a managed services model.
