• Nice to have experience with CI/CD and modern engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• We will have you lead and mentor an agile engineering squad of 10 engineers.
• We will have you drive technical delivery across backend services and platform initiatives.
• We will have you provide architecture oversight and ensure scalable, resilient solution design.
• We will have you work closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering leadership on roadmap planning and execution.
• We will have you champion engineering best practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
• We will have you support technical decision-making, code reviews, and high-level solution design.
• We will have you help shape team structure, delivery processes, and technical strategy.
• We will have you act as a senior technical stakeholder across the wider business.

We are a fast-growing product-led technology business partnering on the delivery of highly scalable, customer-facing products used at scale. This is a fully remote role within the UK, offering a salary of up to £95,000 plus bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, a 10% pension, and private medical cover.
