Data Lead Architect

Salary: £42,000 - 72,500 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
• Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing skills.
• Technical and functional expertise in data architecture.
• Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or CPG is a plus.
• Knowledge of non-SAP MDM tools is advantageous.
• Exposure to enterprise performance management and reporting frameworks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (CIO, CFO, CDO level).
• Drive end-to-end data architecture across complex transformation programmes.
• Lead client engagements and define data roadmaps.
• Oversee implementation across modern SAP ecosystems and integrated platforms.
• Provide strategic leadership and advisory on data architecture and design.
• Manage data and analytics initiatives, including data migration.
• Ensure data governance and master data management (MDM).
