Salary: £42,000 - 72,500 per year

Requirements

• We require proven expertise in business architecture within defence, MOD, or NATO environments.
• We require extensive experience supporting major transformation and organisational change initiatives.
• We require demonstrated success working with senior military or government stakeholders.
• We require a solid understanding of MOD and NATO operational frameworks.
• We require the ability to produce clear, strategic design plans for complex projects.
• We require knowledge of cyber security frameworks and defence-specific technologies.
• We require previous involvement in multi-agency or defence sector collaborations.
• We require valid SC Clearance.
• DV clearance is desirable.
• We require the ability to work remotely with occasional client visits in the South.

Responsibilities

• We will engage a Business Architect on an 11-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
• We will have the architect support a large MOD project.
• We will rely on the architect to align strategic objectives with operational outcomes, people, process, information, and technology investments.
• We will expect the architect to contribute to operational advantage, organisational effectiveness, and value realisation.
• We will have the architect provide a coherent business architecture framework.
• We will have the architect support capability development and defence innovation.
• We will expect the architect to work closely with senior military and government stakeholders.
• We will require occasional client visits in the South as needed.

We are an established and successful cyber security consultancy specialising in protecting highly sensitive information for organisations where data leakage, malware infiltration, and compromised communications are not an option, particularly across defence, national security, policing, transport, and other critical infrastructure sectors. We are seeking an experienced Business Architect to join us on a contract basis for a large MOD programme. The role is remote, with occasional client visits in the South, offered at £620pd - £650pd outside IR35 on an 11-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. We provide the opportunity to contribute to high-impact defence work within a specialist cyber security and secure communications environment.
