Salary: £42,000 - 72,500 per year

Requirements

• We require active SC Clearance.
• We require strong commercial experience developing applications in Java.
• We require experience building and deploying cloud-based services.
• We require a solid understanding of unit testing and automated testing practices.
• We require experience working within Agile Scrum delivery teams.
• We would value experience with DevSecOps tools such as Tekton, ArgoCD, and SonarQube.
• We would value experience with Kubernetes and/or Red Hat OpenShift.
• We would value experience with the Quarkus framework.
• We would value front-end development experience with Angular.
• We would value experience working within highly regulated or security-conscious environments.

We are an innovative organisation delivering cloud-based geospatial software solutions used in complex, data-driven environments. This is a 12-month contract role based in Newcastle, UK, with a hybrid working model of four days onsite and Fridays remote. The position offers up to £60 per hour inside IR35. You will join a collaborative engineering team working with modern cloud-native technologies and Agile delivery practices.
