Services Engineer

Salary: £40,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• Considerable customer service experience in Computer Technology
• Proficient in technical troubleshooting of desktop and laptop computers
• Experience with mobile technology devices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, MacOS, VMWare Workspace One, and other desktop software
• Familiarity with remote support tools for troubleshooting
• Ability to provide after hour and weekend on-call support
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Accurate with numbers and able to use mathematical formulas within spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Sysco operating sites across the designated region
• Ensure adherence to IT standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets
• Keep business and IT management informed of impactful issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate asset inventory of various IT hardware
• Document support-related issues
• Participate in continual improvement and training opportunities
• Engage in Agile daily standups, manage backlog, and track work in progress
