Requirements
- We require 2+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.
- We require hands-on experience with APEX, Visualforce, and LWC.
- We require experience with integrations using API or middleware.
- We require Salesforce certifications including Admin, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.
- We require exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- We require demonstrable Salesforce CPQ development experience.
- We prefer experience with Jitterbit, Certinia, Pardot, Conga Composer, Agentforce, Data Cloud (Data 360), and Ownbackup.
- We prefer experience with bulk data management tools such as Data Loader and Demand Tools.
- We prefer experience coaching others on system understanding and best practices.
- We prefer additional Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Developer, Data Architect, Integration Architect, and Omnistudio Developer.
- We prefer experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- We develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customisations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
- We build complex Salesforce solutions using Flow, APEX, LWC, or Aura where appropriate.
- We develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications including FinancialForce, Salesforce CPQ, Vonage telephony, Jitterbit, Pardot, Conga, Gearset, and Ownbackup.
- We design intuitive user experiences and interfaces using Flow, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura.
- We work with the team to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- We configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and installed packages within Salesforce.
- We configure and support functionality for the Salesforce platform and end users.
- We support change control and best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
- We create and maintain technical and support documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
- We conduct bulk data exercises, including data cleansing.
- We maintain tariff configuration and pricing in Salesforce CPQ.
- We collaborate cross-functionally to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- We support business owners in understanding the benefits and risks of system changes.
- We develop, contribute to, and support our DevOps solution, identifying issues and improvements.
