Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year

• We require a strong understanding of CMC, R&D, and laboratory operations.
• We require experience with ELN, LIMS, and scientific data systems.
• We require knowledge of digital transformation and process optimization in regulated environments.
• We require strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• We prefer exposure to AI/ML applications in laboratory environments.
• We prefer experience with automation, data integration, or connected lab initiatives.

Responsibilities

• We gather and document business and technical requirements from scientific stakeholders.
• We support digital transformation across CMC, R&D, and lab operations.
• We map and optimize laboratory and pharmaceutical development workflows.
• We integrate and improve data flow across ELN, LIMS, and other scientific systems.
• We collaborate with scientists, engineers, IT, and data teams to implement digital and AI/ML solutions.
• We translate scientific use cases into functional specifications and process improvements.
• We ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity standards.
