SAP Transformation Discovery Lead

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• We require SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
• We require a strong technical background in SAP, with hands-on experience leading SAP transformation programmes.
• We require a deep end-to-end understanding of SAP domains, business process flows, and how SAP components integrate and operate together.
• We require experience across multiple full project and programme lifecycles, ideally around 10 years in SAP transformation leadership roles.
• We require a track record of delivering complex programmes in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• We require strong commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically across the enterprise.
• We require proven ability to drive delivery in project and programme-based environments.
• We require excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and third-party partners.
• We require a performance-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• We will define and agree delivery plans that enable business objectives and lead our teams to execute them effectively.
• We will monitor performance against targets and drive a culture of delivery excellence.
• We will play an active role within our D&IT Senior Leadership Team, contributing to shared goals and championing strong cross-functional collaboration.
• We will lead, guide, and oversee our teams activities, with a focus on talent development, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.
• We will provide portfolio oversight and establish the governance structures required for effective reporting and delivery assurance.
• We will manage and optimise our third-party ecosystem to ensure best-value investment and consistently high-quality delivery outcomes.
• We will contribute significantly to the development and execution of our wider D&IT strategy.
