SAP Manufacturing Lead

Salary: £50,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4 Manufacturing, especially PP and PP-PI, and related modules including QM, WM/EWM, and ATTP
• Basic understanding of SD and MM
• Strong grasp of GMP, GxP, data integrity, and pharma documentation standards
• Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and translate business needs into system requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions
• Ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
• Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with multiple sites and time zones

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and related processes for pharmaceutical process manufacturing sites
• Own end-to-end S/4HANA Manufacturing processes across PP, PP-PI, QM, WM/EWM, and ATTP
• Translate Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain needs into compliant SAP solutions
• Drive manufacturing delivery across greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, and upgrades
• Ensure all solutions meet GMP, GxP, and data integrity standards
• Support CSV documentation, including URS, FS, DS, risk assessments, test scripts, traceability, and change control
• Act as the primary IT/SAP contact for Operations, MS&T, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes for S/4 manufacturing support
