Network Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

Salary: £75,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• We require experience in a pre-sales role, working closely with sales teams to support opportunity qualification, solution design, and deal progression.
• We require strong technical understanding and customer-facing experience.
• We require experience producing high-quality documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Statements of Work (SoWs), proposals, and technical responses to RFPs and tenders.
• We require strong experience across Fortinet-based solutions, including firewall and SD-WAN.
• We require knowledge of Cisco, Extreme, Kato, Sassi, connectivity, and centralised management.
• We ideally want someone with a Solutions Architect or senior technical background.
• We require the ability to work remotely and attend one of our offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Wakefield, London, or Glasgow.
• We require the ability to undertake some client travel.

Responsibilities

• We work closely with Sales Specialists, other Pre-Sales teams, Delivery teams, and Vendor partners across the full lifecycle.
• We act as our Fortinet subject matter expert.
• We provide strong technical capability across Fortinet-based solutions.
• We support sales activity through opportunity qualification, solution design, and deal progression.
• We produce high-quality technical documentation, including HLDs, SoWs, proposals, and responses to RFPs and tenders.
• We engage directly with customers in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• We contribute to solution architecture and pre-sales design discussions.

We are offering a remote Network Pre-Sales Consultant / Network Solutions Architect position with flexibility to attend one of our offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Wakefield, London, or Glasgow, with some client travel required. This is a customer-facing technical role where we work across the full lifecycle with sales, delivery, and vendor partners. We are seeking a strong Fortinet specialist who can bring deep technical expertise, contribute to solution design, and produce professional sales and technical documentation to support our customer engagements.
